The Russon Group currently consists of four business entities:

Red Ocher Solutions is a technology services company built upon the personal consulting work of Rick Russon.  The company provides designs and maintains highly reliable computer networks for service companies such as law firms and advertising agencies.

Midlife Cycling is a company dedicated to providing quality cycling training for busy professionals, new parents, retirees, and others who have a limited time to exercise.  Rick Russon is a USA Cycling Coach who's studies are focused on the physiology of the middle-aged weekend warrior.  It is his belief that the lack of training volume can be overcome to a large degree by using very specific and efficient training techniques.
